Frontline Spot-On For Cats is a topical treatment which goes over your cat's skin and hair to kill fleas and ticks through contact with them - they don't have to bite to be killed.
Frontline Plus for Cats is the most advanced formula in the Frontline Cat Range. Unlike some flea treatments, Frontline Plus kills fleas and ticks on your cat and helps protect them from the discomfort and diseases these parasites cause. Plus, it stops flea eggs that fall off your cat from hatching in your home.
Frontline Plus Spot-On is fast-acting, killing fleas within 24 hours and ticks within 48 hours. It also prevents flea eggs from hatching in your home and reduces the risk of tick-bourne diseases.
Frontline Spot-On is water resistant, meaning that from 48 hours after application, your pet can swim or be bathed as usual.
Frontline Spot-On is a clinically proven veterinary medicine. It can be applied to cats from 8 weeks of age that weigh at least 1kg and ferrets from 6 months of age. It can also be used on pregnant cats.
If your cat or ferret is unwell, please see your vet for advice before you apply a flea treatment. Frontline Plus for Cats is not suitable for use on rabbits.
How to apply Frontline Plus to your cat: - STEP 1 - Hold the pipette upright facing away from you and tap the neck to ensure the contents are in the main body of the pipette. Snap off the lid along the scored line. - STEP 2 - Part your cat's coat between the shoulder blades until you can see their skin. - STEP 3 - Place the tip of the pipette on the skin where indicated, and squeeze the pipette gently yo empty the contents.
For cats: apply in one spot at the base of the neck in front of the shoulder blades.
FRONTLINE Plus causes fleas to become hyperactive and therefore more visible before dying.
You can handle your pet as soon as the application site is dry.
Your pet can swim or be bathed from 2 days after application.
